قبل أيام سبقنا الاخبار المنشورة اليوم ونشرنا من مصادرنا بأن هناك توجه لحل جمعية الوفاق على خلفية مخالفاتها المتكررة واليوم نشرت الصحف المحلية بعد أيام من نشرنا تلك المعلومات الخبر التالي :   تمهيدا لإحالة القضية إلى النيابة.. مدير مكافحة الفساد :  توثيق تجاوزات لجمعية الوفاق تشكل جرائم جنائية يعاقب عليها القانون   تاريخ النشر :١٧ فبراير ٢٠١٥ صرح مدير عام الإدارة العامة لمكافحة الفساد والأمن الاقتصادي والإلكتروني بأن الإدارة رصدت في الفترة الأخيرة قيام جمعية الوفاق عبر موقعها الإلكتروني، وكذلك حسابها على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي «تويتر» بنشر عدد من التجاوزات التي تشكل جرائم جنائية يعاقب عليها القانون، منوها إلى قيام الجمعية بالتحريض علانية على كراهية نظام الحكم وبث أخبار كاذبة بشكل متعمد، بما من شأنه الإضرار بالسلم الأهلي وأمن الوطن، بالإضافة إلى دعوتها إلى مسيرات غير قانونية وكذلك إهانتها هيئة نظامية «وزارة الداخلية» وأيضا إهانة دولة أجنبية . وأشار مدير عام الإدارة العامة لمكافحة الفساد والأمن الاقتصادي والإلكتروني إلى أن الإدارة قامت انطلاقا من واجباتها الأمنية والقانونية
